Christine and Daniel's Romantic Surprise Sunset Proposal on Georgian Bay

Daniel contacted me months before his proposal, intent on getting the magical surprise moment captured on camera for him and his beautiful fiancée to re-live forever and share with their friends and family.  He planned the most amazing birthday date for her, complete with dinner and a sunset walk by the water where he had me stationed near some rose bushes pretending to take photographs of the flowers.  They sat on a bench beside the water and watched the sun go down over the bay, then Daniel dropped down on one knee and surprised Christine with the most heartfelt and beautiful sunset proposal.

She said yes of course, and we celebrated by popping a bottle of champagne, taking so many candid photographs as the tears and laughter flowed, and even snapping a few Polaroids for them to take home and share immediately.  We finished the evening by heading back to their home together to celebrate with their sweet pup and take him for a walk with the last of the light in the day as it slowly disappeared behind the escarpment. 

These two are so unbelievably sweet, and I was absolutely honored to get to capture such a key moment in their lives together!
