Morgan & Alden's Toronto Engagment Session, The St Laurence Market and The Beaches

Morgan and I went to high school together, and I was beyond excited when I saw her email come in to photograph her and Alden’s wedding last summer!  We met up in Downtown Toronto when they were home from Boston visiting family for the weekend, and planned an engagement session that toured their favourite spots in the St Laurence Market, and brought us down to the beaches to explore Morgan’s childhood neighbourhood.

            I had never met Alden before, and was immediately struck by what a perfect match they are together.  They’re both dedicated athletes, sailors (they were married at the RCYC on the island, so fitting, I can’t wait to share!), and enjoy good food and company together.  We started out at the market for some oysters, hit the classic Toronto coffee shop Balzacs for some coffee to warm up, then headed to the dog park at Cherry Beach, where we wandered the winter shoreline, and played with allll the dogs that absolutely loved them!

            I had so much fun shooting with Morgan and Alden, and am beyond excited to share their wedding photographs with you so soon!
