Best Of Engagements 2019

I get to have so much fun shooting engagement sessions with each and every one of my couples, it’s honestly something I look forward to from the moment a new couple books their wedding package and joins the CFP family! I get to work with the coolest couples, and having their trust and the privilege to get to know them and peek into this time in their lives together with my camera is one of the parts of this job that lights me up the most.

From long boarding by lake Ontario, to visiting countless favourite coffee shops, to sipping champagne after a shoot, to getting to meet people’s dogs, cats, parents, and best friends, it’s so rewarding to capture these snippets of insight into who my couples are. While I’ve only picked a single favourite photograph from each session, I hope that these galleries will be loved and looked back on for years, as representing some of the best moments in their lives together. Every photo is so different, with people’s individual lives and personalities shining through strongly, but the one theme that stands out in all of them is happiness. This is engagement photography in a nutshell to me, capturing how incredibly happy couples are at this exciting time in their lives together, and I love it more than anything. From Toronto, to Muskoka, to Collingwood, and everywhere in between, through winter, spring, summer, and fall, these photographs represent some of my favourite photographic work from the past year.
